During the Judiciary Officials Meeting held this morning in Eastern Azerbaijan Province, Iran’s Judiciary Chief communicated with the Eastern Azerbaijan judiciary officials through a video-conference technique.
Referring to the fact that the cooperation between systems, especially the judiciary, political and executive systems, is of great importance to the accomplishment of main goals of the whole system of the Islamic Republic if Iran, Ayatollah Shahroudi said in this session that judicial and legal integrity and transparency aim to cut down the level of disputes in the society.
He further added that an ideal society is the one in which there is a much smaller amount of crimes and offences.
Iran’s Judiciary Chief reiterated that “prevention is the best cure” and continued, “The issue of prevention and providing the community with a high grade of integrity and transparency is very important not only in the field of crimes and offences but also in the ground of disputes.”
“This goal can not be achieved just on the endeavors of judiciary system and it requires other systems’ cooperation as well”, he further emphasized.
